CM Yogi Adityanath Hits Back at Akhilesh Yadav’s Comments

Published:

During an event in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a strong verbal attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav. CM Yogi responded to Akhilesh Yadav’s recent comments about “monks and mafias.”

CM Yogi Adityanath accused the pair of misusing power and betraying public trust. He compared their actions to that of a mythological demon, saying they were like “Bhasmasur,” who caused destruction.

He also claimed that Akhilesh Yadav’s party, the Samajwadi Party, is now influenced by the “soul of Aurangzeb” and used to support criminals. According to CM Yogi, during the SP government, criminals had significant power, and holy men were wrongly labeled as mafia.

Akhilesh Yadav had previously said in a press conference that there is no difference between “monks and mafias.” He criticized those with a negative mindset, saying they can only bring destruction, not development.
