Five-Year-Old Boy Dies Mysteriously at Delhi Madrasa

A five-year-old boy studying at a madrasa in Delhi has died under mysterious circumstances. The boy was found with blisters on his neck, stomach, and waist. The Delhi police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.

Incident Details

The boy’s death was reported on Friday night around 9:52 PM. According to the police, the boy’s mother was informed that her son was ill at around 6:30 PM. She took him to a private hospital in Braj Puri, where doctors declared him dead. The mother then returned to the madrasa with the boy’s body, causing a large crowd to gather. The body was placed on the road, and the crowd demanded action against the madrasa administration.

Blisters Found on the Body

The police arrived at the scene and took the body to the GTB hospital’s morgue for further investigation. The mother, who works as a domestic helper in Punjabi Bagh, told the police that her son had been studying at the madrasa for the past five months. The boy’s father lives in Uttar Pradesh and visits Delhi once a month. The couple has two other children, a 10-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl, who live with their mother.

Initial Findings and Investigation

The initial examination of the body showed numerous blisters on the neck, stomach, and waist. The madrasa principal, Haji Din Mohammad, runs the madrasa where about 250 boys study, including 150 from outside Delhi, mainly from Uttar Pradesh. The police have stated that further information will be available after the post-mortem examination, and the investigation is ongoing.
