How to Use This Feature?
The new Jio PhoneCall AI feature can be used easily.
- To use it, you need to add the Jio PhoneCall AI number (1-800-732673) during your call.
- Once added, you will hear a welcome message. To record and transcribe the call, press #1.
- For transparency, the feature will notify you that the call is being recorded.
- To stop the transcription, dial 2, and to start it again, dial 1.
- After the call ends, you can dial 3 to turn off the Jio PhoneCall AI feature.
This feature stores the conversation on your phone and saves the data on Jio Cloud.
