A group of Congress MLAs from Madhya Pradesh has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They have requested a meeting with him during his visit to Bhopal. The MLAs want to discuss the problems faced by the state. This information was shared by the Leader of Opposition in the Assembly, Umang Singhar.
Congress MLAs Seek Meeting with PM Modi
According to a PTI report, Umang Singhar said on Sunday that Congress MLAs want to meet PM Modi on February 24, during his visit to Bhopal. He stated that Madhya Pradesh has been struggling with various issues for the past few years. He believes it is important to bring people’s concerns and development-related matters directly to the Prime Minister. PM Modi is visiting Bhopal on February 24 to attend the two-day Global Investors Summit.
CM Mohan Yadav Talks About the Summit
Madhya Pradesh is hosting the Global Investors Summit. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that the state government is focusing on urban development. He mentioned that Madhya Pradesh is emerging as a hub for industrial investment and strategic innovation. This summit is gaining attention for its industrial vision.
Special Sessions on Various Sectors
PM Modi will inaugurate the summit, which is being held in Bhopal for the first time. CM Mohan Yadav stated that the government is introducing more than 20 policies to provide investors with a clear strategy and opportunities in different sectors. There will be separate sessions for IT, textiles, pharmaceuticals, electric vehicles (EV), renewable energy, and automobiles.
Additionally, PM Modi will visit Bageshwar Dham a day before the summit.
