Plot to Destroy Evidence Before CBI Arrives? Vandalism Near Doctor’s Crime Scene

There is a major uproar in Kolkata’s RG Kar Medical College Hospital following the brutal attack and murder of a female doctor. Doctors across the country are protesting the incident. The Calcutta High Court has ordered the CBI to investigate the case. However, before the CBI could arrive, a shocking video surfaced showing vandalism near the crime scene.

What Happened?
A video has emerged showing vandalism near the area in the hospital where the female doctor was assaulted and murdered. It is reported that work was being done near the seminar hall (PO) in the hospital. This has raised concerns that there might be an attempt to tamper with evidence before the CBI arrives.

Court Orders
The Calcutta High Court has directed the CBI to investigate the rape and murder case. The court has ordered the Kolkata Police to hand over all case documents, including the case diary, CCTV footage, and statements, to the CBI by 10 AM the following morning.

IMA Secretary Meets JP Nadda
Dr. Anil Kumar J. Nayak, the Secretary of the Indian Medical Association (IMA), met with Union Health Minister JP Nadda. He demanded that hospitals and medical colleges be declared safe zones and called for a central law to ensure doctors’ safety while working in hospitals.
